Samantha Olea is a graphic and web designer with 10 years of professional experience. Samantha designs all projects with the best design software on the market today, Adobe Creative Suite 3 (CS3), including Dreamweaver CS3 (text editor), Flash Professional CS3, Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Fireworks CS3, and Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. What many find refreshing about Samantha's work is her preference for hand coding HTML, PHP, and CSS. Hand coding is still very important today even with the latest version of Dreamweaver and other web page editing software because at the end of the day, there are some things that software will miss and the hand coder will not. This also allows for far more flexibility in the design process as Sam is able to make coding and layout decisions on the fly with out weighing down sites with unnecessary code to achieve a simple change.

Samantha Olea has always been an artist at heart, so while she is able to create digital illustrations and vector illustrations, she can also whip out a pad and a pen and illustrate anything a client may need, from a story board or comic strip to a detailed and accurate diagram-old school.

Through out the past 10 years, Sam has worked in print design, web and flash design, online marketing, offline marketing, and corporate branding. Her career started as a designer working one on one with small businesses in need of her services. In the most recent years, Samantha has been fortunate in partnering up with larger design companies as a contract designer which has allowed Samantha the experience of working on a much larger scale with clients including Best Western, Settle Inn, and Trip Advisor. Through her dealings with these larger companies, Samantha has become an even stronger and more dedicated designer across the board, with a greater respect for design integrity, consistency and standards.
